Tanggung Jawab
- Manage office supplies inventory and procurement processes
- Coordinate scheduling, meetings, and executive travel arrangements
- Oversee facility maintenance and vendor relationships
- Process payroll and employee documentation accurately
- Implement digital filing systems for document management
- Support HR functions including onboarding and compliance
- Analyze operational workflows and propose efficiency improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in office administration
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Certification in office management (e.g., CAPM) preferred
