Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee using premium local beans
- Master espresso-based drinks and traditional brewing methods
- Provide exceptional customer service with product knowledge
- Maintain impeccable hygiene and workstation cleanliness
- Collaborate with team to develop seasonal coffee menus
- Manage inventory and stock rotation of coffee supplies
- Train new staff on brewing techniques and standards
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year barista experience with espresso machines
- Deep understanding of coffee origins and flavor profiles
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently during peak hours
- Certification in coffee preparation (advantageous)
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia
- Basic English proficiency for menu descriptions
