Tanggung Jawab
- Provide outstanding customer service and product recommendations
- Manage cash transactions and POS operations accurately
- Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
- Support promotional campaigns and seasonal activities
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma (SMU/SMA) graduate
- 1+ years in retail/customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic numeracy and cash handling experience
- Ability to work flexible shifts (including weekends/holidays)
- Physical stamina for standing and lifting (max 10kg)
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Willingness to undergo product training
