Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain high standards of customer service through attentive product assistance and checkout operations
- Ensure visual merchandising displays align with brand guidelines and seasonal promotions
- Manage inventory control including stock receiving, rotation, and reconciliation
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational efficiency
- Adhere strictly to store policies on safety, hygiene, and loss prevention
- Actively participate in product knowledge training and promotional campaigns
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMA/Sederajat graduate with 1+ years retail experience preferred
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia with approachable customer service mindset
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends, holidays, and peak seasons
- Basic proficiency in POS systems and inventory management software
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle merchandise up to 20kg
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities in fast-paced environments
- Valid food handling certification (if applicable to product category)
