Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Manage outlet operations including inventory control, visual merchandising, and cash handling
- Process sales transactions efficiently using POS systems while maintaining accuracy
- Collaborate with team to achieve sales targets and uphold brand standards
- Assist in stock receiving, replenishment, and store cleanliness maintenance
- Participate in product training sessions to stay updated on new collections
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent vocational certification
- Minimum 1 year experience in retail/customer service (fresh graduates welcome)
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer applications
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15kg
- Positive attitude with problem-solving mindset
