Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer issues efficiently by following established protocols and escalating when necessary
- Document all interactions accurately in our CRM system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer concerns
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products/services and company policies
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
- Meet performance metrics including response time and customer satisfaction scores
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; university students in any discipline are encouraged to apply
- Minimum 6 months of customer service or call center experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficient with basic computer applications and willingness to learn new systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Reside in one of the specified locations (Bandung, Jakarta, Tangerang, Bogor, Depok, Semarang, Solo, Surabaya, Malang, Yogyakarta)
- Positive attitude with strong customer focus
