Tanggung Jawab
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve technical issues and product complaints efficiently
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues
- Contribute to process improvements for enhanced service delivery
- Meet monthly KPIs for response time and resolution rate
- Participate in ongoing product training sessions
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service role
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written/spoken)
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent (D3/S1 degree preferred)
- Basic technical knowledge of consumer electronics
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
