Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently using our CRM system
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately
- Collaborate with sales and support teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain detailed customer interaction records in the database
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and services
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma; D3/S1 graduates preferred
- 1+ years in customer service or call center experience
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is an advantage
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Resilience and positive attitude under pressure
