Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SMA/SMK graduate (D3/S1 preferred)
  • 1+ years in customer service or contact center environment
  • Excellent Bahasa Indonesia and English communication skills
  • Proficient with MS Office and CRM software
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Positive attitude and customer-first mindset
  • Residency in Batam or willingness to relocate
