Tanggung Jawab

  • Resolve complaints with empathy and efficiency while maintaining SLA standards
  • Document interactions in CRM systems with precision and attention to detail
  • Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex product issues
  • Analyze customer feedback to identify service improvement opportunities
  • Participate in weekly performance reviews and skill development workshops

Kualifikasi

  • Min. D3 degree in any discipline with 1+ years customer service experience
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal/written)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software (Salesforce experience preferred)
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends
  • Positive attitude with resilience under pressure
