Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve complaints with empathy and efficiency while maintaining SLA standards
- Document interactions in CRM systems with precision and attention to detail
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex product issues
- Analyze customer feedback to identify service improvement opportunities
- Participate in weekly performance reviews and skill development workshops
Kualifikasi
- Min. D3 degree in any discipline with 1+ years customer service experience
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal/written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software (Salesforce experience preferred)
- Strong problem-solving abilities with conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends
- Positive attitude with resilience under pressure
