Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve product/service issues with first-call resolution excellence
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Collaborate with technical teams for complex issue escalation
- Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and implement improvement strategies
- Conduct follow-up calls to ensure resolution quality
Kualifikasi
- Min. SMA/SMK graduate with 1+ years customer service experience
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English communication
- Proficient with CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Exceptional patience and empathy under pressure
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
