Tanggung Jawab
- Handle customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve technical and billing issues efficiently using our CRM system
- Document interactions and maintain accurate customer records
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex problems
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance service quality
- Meet monthly performance targets for response time and satisfaction
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and training materials
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMA/D3 graduate in any field
- 1+ years experience in customer service or support roles
- Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English communication
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends
- Typing speed of 30+ WPM with high accuracy
- Positive attitude and passion for helping others
