Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound calls and customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and maintain high satisfaction scores
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
- Meet key performance metrics (response time, resolution rate)
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMA/D3 degree in any field
- 1+ years customer service experience preferred
- Excellent Bahasa Indonesia and English communication skills
- Proficient in CRM software and MS Office
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends
- Positive attitude and customer-centric mindset
