Tanggung Jawab
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with exceptional professionalism
- Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining positive brand representation
- Document interactions accurately in our CRM system
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality
- Meet monthly performance targets for response time and resolution rate
- Identify upsell opportunities during customer interactions
- Participate in regular skill development sessions
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (tanpa ijazah diperbolehkan)
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience preferred
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with clear communication skills
- Proficient in basic computer applications
- Strong problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence
- Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends
- Valid Indonesian ID card and clear background check
- Willingness to undergo paid company training
