- Perform comprehensive interior/exterior detailing using professional-grade products and equipment
- Execute paint correction, polishing, and ceramic coating applications
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspection and document service reports
- Manage client consultations to understand specific care requirements
- Maintain pristine workshop conditions and inventory management
- Train junior staff on advanced detailing techniques
- Uphold brand standards for quality and customer satisfaction
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years professional auto detailing experience
- Expertise in paint correction, polishing, and ceramic coatings
- Familiarity with luxury vehicle brands (Mercedes, BMW, Audi, etc.)
- Certification in detailing technology preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Strong communication and customer service skills
