Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and SEO
- Create engaging content (blogs, videos, graphics) aligned with brand voice
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize strategies
- Manage social media communities and respond to customer inquiries
- Collaborate with graphic designers and copywriters
- Track industry trends and implement innovative marketing techniques
- Prepare monthly performance reports for stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years digital marketing experience
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and Mailchimp
- Strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns
- Excellent Bahasa Indonesia and English communication skills
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM principles and tools
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Available 20-25 hours per week with flexible scheduling
- Experience in e-commerce or tech industry preferred
