Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and SEO channels
- Manage and optimize Google Ads & Facebook Ads campaigns to maximize ROI
- Create engaging content for blogs, social platforms, and email newsletters
- Analyze campaign performance data and prepare monthly reports
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Collaborate with design team for visual assets
- Maintain and update company website content
- Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in digital marketing or related field
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Analytics
- Strong written communication skills in Indonesian and English
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and CMS platforms (WordPress)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proven track record of successful campaign execution
- Relevant certification (Google Ads, HubSpot, etc.) preferred
- Available to work 20-25 hours per week with flexible scheduling
