Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and SEO platforms
- Analyze campaign performance metrics using Google Analytics and adjust strategies for optimal ROI
- Create compelling content including blog posts, social media updates, and email newsletters
- Manage brand social media accounts to increase follower engagement and community interaction
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive landscape opportunities
- Collaborate with design team to create visually appealing marketing assets
- Track KPIs and prepare weekly performance reports for stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of digital marketing experience with proven campaign results
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEO tools (SEMrush/Ahrefs)
- Strong copywriting skills with ability to create engaging content in Indonesian
- Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp/HubSpot)
- Graphic design basics (Canva/Adobe Creative Suite) preferred
- Excellent analytical thinking and data interpretation abilities
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently in remote environment
- Current student or recent graduate in Marketing/Communications accepted
