Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies across social media, email, and SEO
- Create engaging content (blogs, graphics, videos) aligned with brand voice and audience interests
- Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) with monthly budget optimization
- Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics and weekly/monthly reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product launches and promotional events
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and platform algorithm changes
- Conduct A/B testing for landing pages and ad creatives
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on digital marketing experience
- Proven portfolio showcasing successful campaign results
- Expertise in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Business Suite
- Strong graphic design skills (Canva/Photoshop) and basic video editing
- Excellent analytical and data interpretation abilities
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Currently enrolled in university or available for flexible hours
