Tanggung Jawab
- Process cash, card, and digital transactions accurately using POS systems
- Provide outstanding customer service during checkout and product inquiries
- Manage cash registers, daily reconciliation, and secure cash handling protocols
- Maintain organized checkout areas and assist with store merchandising
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and escalate complex issues
- Support inventory management through stock monitoring and reporting
- Adhere to company policies and security procedures at all times
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality/retail experience preferred
- Proficient in POS systems and basic financial software
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills with customer service mindset
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Integrity and ethical standards in financial handling
- Basic English communication skills; Bahasa Indonesia fluency required
