Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver packages and documents promptly across Bandar Lampung with 100% accuracy
- Maintain excellent customer service through professional communication and punctuality
- Operate company vehicles safely and adhere to traffic regulations
- Manage package inventory and documentation with meticulous attention to detail
- Optimize delivery routes to ensure maximum efficiency and time management
- Report delivery issues and customer feedback promptly to operations team
- Perform vehicle maintenance checks and report mechanical concerns
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma with valid SIM C license
- Minimum 1 year driving experience in urban areas
- Excellent knowledge of Bandar Lampung's streets and neighborhoods
- Strong physical fitness to handle package handling (max 20kg)
- Basic smartphone literacy for navigation and delivery apps
- Clean driving record with no major violations in the past 3 years
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
