Tanggung Jawab
- Develop predictive models and machine learning algorithms using Python, R, and TensorFlow
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends and provide strategic business recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions
- Create interactive dashboards and data visualizations using Tableau and Power BI
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to optimize product performance
- Maintain data quality standards and implement robust data governance practices
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling data narratives
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field (S2 preferred)
- 3+ years experience in data science or analytics with Python/R proficiency
- Strong knowledge of machine learning frameworks (Scikit-learn, PyTorch)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and big data tools (Spark, Hadoop)
- Proven ability to translate complex data into business insights
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Portfolio showcasing data science projects with measurable impact
- Fluent in Indonesian and English
