Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain safe driving practices following all traffic regulations and company policies
- Manage timely delivery of goods across Medan and surrounding areas
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, reporting maintenance needs
- Coordinate with dispatch team for efficient route optimization
- Ensure proper handling and security of cargo during transit
- Maintain clean and organized vehicle interior/exterior
- Document delivery processes and submit required reports
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMK/SMA graduate with valid SIM A and SIM C licenses
- Minimum 2 years professional driving experience in logistics/transportation
- Excellent knowledge of Medan road networks and surrounding areas
- Clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends if required
- Basic mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting minor issues
- Physical fitness to handle loading/unloading operations
