Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines for predictive analytics
- Lead A/B testing frameworks for product optimization initiatives
- Develop real-time data processing solutions using Spark and Kafka
- Create compelling data visualizations and executive dashboards
- Mentor junior data scientists through knowledge sharing sessions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Research and implement novel NLP techniques for Indonesian language processing
- Ensure data governance compliance and model ethical AI practices
Kualifikasi
- S1/Master's in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field with minimum 5 years experience
- Expert proficiency in Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow) and SQL
- Proven track record deploying production ML models at scale
- Strong statistical modeling background (regression, time series, clustering)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ impactful data science projects
- Understanding of Indonesian business landscape and regulatory environment
