Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor production machinery with precision
- Perform quality checks and ensure product standards compliance
- Maintain clean and organized workstations per 5S methodology
- Document production data accurately in digital systems
- Collaborate with maintenance teams for equipment optimization
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and environmental standards
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- SMK/D3 degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum 1 year production experience (fresh graduates welcome)
- Basic mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
- Strong attention to detail and quality focus
- Ability to work shifts and rotating schedules
- Basic computer literacy for data entry
- Physical fitness for standing/walking 8-hour shifts
- Valid Sijil Keahlian Industri (Industrial Certification) preferred
