Tanggung Jawab

- Create engaging content (blogs, graphics, videos) tailored for Indonesian audiences
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and social media
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights
- Collaborate with regional teams to market location-specific promotions
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities in key Indonesian markets
- Coordinate with web development team for SEO optimization
- Report on KPIs and ROI to marketing leadership
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of digital marketing experience
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEO tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian and English
- Experience with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic understanding of Indonesian consumer behavior trends
