Tanggung Jawab

- Create engaging content for blogs, social platforms, and email newsletters
- Manage paid advertising budgets across Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager
- Collaborate with design team to produce compelling visual assets
- Generate monthly performance reports with actionable insights
- Stay updated on industry trends and algorithm changes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years proven digital marketing experience with portfolio
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Facebook Business Suite, and SEO tools
- Strong copywriting skills with Bahasa Indonesia fluency
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
- Ability to manage multiple projects with strict deadlines
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva/Adobe Creative Suite)
