Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, and social media platforms
  • Create compelling content for blogs, social media, and email campaigns targeting Indonesian audiences
  • Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns with monthly budgets up to 50 million IDR
  • Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and generate actionable insights
  • Coordinate with design teams to produce engaging visual assets for marketing materials
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities in the Indonesian market
  • Prepare weekly performance reports and optimize strategies based on KPIs

Kualifikasi

  • S1 degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on digital marketing experience with proven results
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and SEO tools
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and metrics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian and English
  • Experience managing social media campaigns for B2B or B2C brands
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines
  • Portfolio showcasing successful digital marketing campaigns is required
