Kualifikasi
- Min. SMA/D3 graduate from any major
- 1+ years experience in customer service or admin roles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic English proficiency is preferred
