Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough quality inspections of raw materials and finished products using calibrated tools and standardized procedures
- Document quality control data accurately in digital systems and generate detailed inspection reports
- Implement and maintain quality assurance protocols aligned with ISO 9001 and GMP standards
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues in real-time
- Analyze quality trends and recommend process improvements to reduce defects
- Train junior staff on quality control methodologies and equipment operation
- Coordinate with third-party auditors during certification and compliance reviews
- Maintain calibration records for all measurement instruments and testing equipment
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quality control within manufacturing environments
- Proficiency in quality control tools (SPC, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis)
- Certification in ISO 9001, GMP, or Six Sigma (Green Belt preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to microscopic details
- Ability to read technical drawings and product specifications
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
