Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct daily quality inspections of raw materials and finished products
- Operate testing equipment (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
- Document quality control results in standardized reports
- Identify product defects and implement corrective actions
- Maintain clean and organized inspection workstations
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMA/SMK graduate (fresh graduates welcome)
- Experience in manufacturing or QC is preferred but not required
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
- Strong attention to detail and precision
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods
- Willingness to work in shift system
- Good communication skills in Indonesian
- Team player with proactive attitude
