Tanggung Jawab
- Execute comprehensive quality inspections using advanced measurement tools and statistical methods
- Analyze production data to identify quality trends and implement corrective actions
- Develop and maintain quality control documentation (SOPs, inspection reports, CAPAs)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues efficiently
- Conduct supplier audits and material verification for incoming components
- Train production staff on quality standards and best practices
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, GMP, and industry-specific regulations
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years experience in manufacturing quality control
- Proficiency in quality tools (SPC, FMEA, 8D methodology)
- ISO 9001 auditor certification preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and quality management software
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written/spoken)
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
