Tanggung Jawab
- Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals for 2026 and beyond.
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and research to launch, iteration, and retirement.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, and Marketing teams to ensure product quality and timely delivery.
- Conduct deep market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and growth areas.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, communicate progress transparently, and drive consensus.
- Analyze product metrics and user feedback to continuously optimize user experience and retention.
- Mentor junior product managers and contribute to the development of product management best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in the Fintech, E-commerce, or SaaS industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence without authority.
- Proficiency in product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Aha!
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
