Tanggung Jawab
- Perform meticulous hand wash, polishing, waxing, and interior detailing services
- Apply ceramic coatings and paint protection films with precision
- Inspect vehicles to identify paint imperfections and recommend treatments
- Operate specialized equipment (steam cleaners, polishers, extractors)
- Maintain detailed customer service records and satisfaction feedback
- Ensure all work meets brand quality standards and client specifications
- Collaborate with team to maintain clean and organized work environment
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years professional car detailing experience
- Expert knowledge of paint correction techniques and products
- Certification in ceramic coating application preferred
- Strong attention to detail and precision in craftsmanship
- Physical stamina to handle extended periods of standing and manual work
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as required
