Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and SEO platforms
- Manage content creation for blogs, social media, and digital advertisements
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize strategies using Google Analytics
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitor activities
- Collaborate with design teams to create compelling visual assets
- Monitor social media engagement and respond to customer inquiries
- Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of digital marketing experience with proven campaign results
- Expert proficiency in Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEO tools
- Strong content creation skills with portfolio of successful campaigns
- Excellent analytical abilities with data-driven decision-making
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written/spoken)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Available 20-25 hours per week with flexible scheduling
