Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain and troubleshoot complex industrial machinery including CNC systems and hydraulic equipment
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize productivity
- Conduct quality control inspections and document maintenance activities
- Train junior technicians on equipment operation and safety protocols
- Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize production processes
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA and ISO 9001 standards
- Manage spare parts inventory and procurement requests
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field (S1 preferred)
- Minimum 3 years experience in manufacturing maintenance
- Certification in PLC programming or industrial automation
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic/pneumatic systems
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and CAD software
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Physical ability to work in industrial environments
